Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist (Dip Clerk) to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will hand-dip cones, shakes, and other items while ensuring accurate transactions and friendly service.

The role requires minor shifts (Part Time, 25 hours or less per week) and may include first, second, or third shifts. Must be at least 16 years old and able to handle cold temperatures and fast-paced customer flow.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older required.
• Ability to communicate in English with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to prepare DipSide items using dip cabinets.
• Ability to count money and make correct change.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds and handle items in a refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and complete transactions.
• Maintain stock and keep dip cabinet, coffee pots and freezers full and presentable.
• Maintain store security and follow cash drop procedures and policies.
• Keep the store clean, safe and organized; monitor temperatures.
