Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience with hand-dipped cones, shakes, and malts. Part-time role (25 hours or less) with a focus on friendly customer service and efficient store operation.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing frozen treats, handling POS and gas sales, stocking and maintaining equipment, and following all company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, cash and credit transactions.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and place 21 lb items in a dip cabinet.
• Ability to tolerate freezer temperatures to –30°F for at least 2 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare and serve hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts, and other frozen items.
• Operate POS and gas transactions accurately and securely.
• Keep shelves and freezers stocked and clean; rotate stock.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and order throughout shifts.
• Complete time records and Customer First documents as required.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Management.
