Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports biweekly payroll processing with accuracy across multiple states.
• Manage and monitor shared People inboxes, responding to inquiries.
• Assist with employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.

Skills

Hands-on payroll expertise with knowledge of wage and hour laws

Excel skills and familiarity with data dashboards

Effective communicator and partner with cross-functional teams

Strong organization and time-management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HRIS systems

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, or Business Administration
