Job summary

A Advanced Services, Auburn, WA 98001, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, HR recordkeeping, performance management, payroll support, and recruitment.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position partners closely with the HR team to provide exceptional service to employees and managers while ensuring HR processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of progressive Human Resources experience in a generalist role.
• Hands-on experience supporting payroll administration and payroll-related processes.
• Experience supporting or managing full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Experience supporting employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations and serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
• Assist with employee relations matters by responding to routine questions and escalating complex issues to the HR Manager.
• Support performance management processes, including documentation and performance review administration.
• Assist with employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
