Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Intern for Fall 2025 at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will gain exposure to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, and other HR areas, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled as juniors or seniors in Human Resources or related programs and can commit to 20–30 hours per week during Fall 2025 and Spring 2026.

Qualifications

• Currently a college student in a junior or senior standing enrolled in a Human Resources, Business, or related program.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates through resume sourcing and review
• Post and close jobs in the Applicant Tracking System and niche job boards
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers
• Support Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation/Benefits activities
• Assist with projects to enhance candidate and employee experience
