Continental Properties seeks a Spring 2027 Pre-Construction Intern (Part-Time) to join our Construction team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will work closely with our Construction project team while participating directly in the real estate development and construction management process of our rental housing communities.

Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the Spring 2027 semester, transitioning to 40 hours per week during the Summer.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Engineering, Construction Management, or related program.
• Available to work about 20 hours/week Spring 2027 and up to 40 hours/week Summer 2027.
• Interest in construction industry.

Responsabilités

• Preconstruction: research codes, permits, and fees.
• Dry utility coordination.
• Assist with early budgets and estimates.
