Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will support Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, HR Ops, and HR Business Partners, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

We offer a flexible/hybrid environment; after onboarding you may work remotely up to two days per week, supporting a busy HR team and collaborating with hiring managers, interview panels, and company staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of administrative/HR experience preferred.
• Strong organization, time management, teamwork, attention to detail, and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Attention to detail with a track record of catching errors before they become problems.
• Stay organized handling a high volume of tasks and shifting priorities.
• Use AI and process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Talent Acquisition: post/close jobs, schedule interviews, arrange candidate travel.
• Talent Management: assist with talent processes and You Belong Here DEI&B program.
• Onboarding: draft offer letters, conduct background checks, facilitate orientation.
• Prepare/manage expense reports, employee reporting, and general admin support.
