You will gain exposure to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, and other HR areas while supporting the full employee life cycle.

• Currently a college student enrolled in Human Resources, Business, or related program

Responsibilities

• Be an important part of the HR team, supporting the full employee life cycle
• Identify potential candidates through resume sourcing and review
• Post and close jobs in our Applicant Tracking System and niche job boards
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers
• Support Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation/Benefits activities
• Support projects to enhance our candidate, employee, and internal team experience
