Job summary

• Audit HR systems and personnel files for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with pre-employment and background checks.
• Contact previous employers for verification as needed.
• Identify missing documentation and follow up accordingly.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and reporting.
• Assist with evaluations, monthly reporting, and audits.
• Respond professionally to inquiries from staff and supervisors.
• Handle additional HR administrative duties as assigned.
