Connections Health Solutions is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across the People function in a fully remote role for eligible states. The position focuses on HR administration, employee records, benefits and leave activities, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Human Resources experience
• Strong organization, attention to detail, customer service, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Experience with employment law, benefits, leave and workers' compensation is a plus
• Experience with record-keeping and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function
• Supports HR Business Partners and other People team members with administrative requests, documentation, tracking and follow-up
• Provides administrative coordination support for People programs, initiatives, and special projects under the direction of HR leadership
• Provides back-up coverage with onboarding new hires
• Provides administrative support for benefits, leaves, and workers' compensation activities
• Follows up with information requests from government, licensing or regulatory entities such as unemployment claims, and validation of worked hours
