Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Infusion Nurse II to provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion suites under physician plans of care.

This role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and experience in infusion nursing, with supervision as needed by a supervisor. Ideal candidates will coordinate care, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Qualifikationen

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.

Aufgaben

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments and educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs and status during visits and documents care progress and plans.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s to ensure safety and compliance.
• Communicates with clinical teams, patients, and families to coordinate continuity of care.
• Prepares and submits clinical documentation in real-time for billing and compliance.
• Coordinates discharge planning and summarizes patient care actions for handoff.
