Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an infusion suite, under a physician’s plan of care. You will supervise, educate families, and document care while collaborating with the clinical team to ensure safe, compliant treatment.

This role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and 1–2 years of infusion nursing experience. Travel to patient homes is expected; competitive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 1-2 years infusion nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing care plans.
• Assesses patient needs and educates patients and families.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s.
• Communicates with clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
• Completes documentation per policy and timelines.
• Coordinates discharge planning and reports patient progress.
