You will work under supervision to ensure safety and continuity of care under a physician’s plan of care. Key duties include direct patient care, medication administration, patient education, and thorough documentation to support billing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified registered nurse with current license to practice in the state.
• Experience providing home or alternate infusion care.
• CPR certification required; ongoing competency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver intermediate nursing care in the home or infusion suite.
• Assess patient status, revise care plan per physician orders, and document care.
• Educate patients and families to support independence with prescribed therapy.
