Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite under physician plans. You will assess patients, administer medications, and educate families, with supervision by a nurse manager.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and ability to travel; BSN preferred, with 1–2 years infusion nursing experience preferred. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class).
• BSN preferred; 1–2 years infusion nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments and educates patients/families.
• Assesses patient needs at each visit and documents progress for physician review.
• Provides training/mentorship to other nurses and coordinates with the clinical team.
