Qualifications

• Infusion nursing experience required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active and unrestricted RN license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Assesses patient needs and status at each skilled visit.
• Mentors Infusion Nurse I’s to ensure safety and compliance.
• Communicates with clinical team, patients, and families to coordinate care.
• Completes all clinical documentation in real-time for billing and record-keeping.
