Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion suites. This licensed RN works under supervision to ensure patient safety and continuity of care under a physician’s plan.

The role requires active RN licensure, at least 1 year of nursing experience, and CPR certification. Nurses will train and mentor others while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care during home visits.
• Assesses patient needs and status at each visit and adjusts care as directed.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s to ensure safety and compliance.
• Communicates with the clinical team and documents care in real time.
