Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Mount Vernon, OH is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs.

You will interact with customers, answer questions, and ensure customer needs are met while supporting various departments and procedures in the store. This role emphasizes friendly service and reliable product assistance.

Competenze

6 months experience using a computer.
6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
Able to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
Flexible to work across departments.

Mansioni

Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut wood)
Guide customers through shopping or checkout
Complete other duties as assigned
