Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and solutions for home improvement projects. You will greet customers, answer questions, and ensure their needs are met while maintaining store standards.

The role emphasizes friendly service, product knowledge, and the ability to work across departments as needed, with opportunities for growth through training and store programs.

Qualificações

• 6 months experience using a computer including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
• 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience (preferred)
• Bi-lingual skills (preferred)
• Certification in trade related to department (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
