Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Mount Vernon, IL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find home improvement products and services.

You will listen, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience. Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing/sitting
• Minimally lift 25lbs

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross‑functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
