Job summary

The role offers opportunities across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, and Garden. You will answer questions, locate merchandise, stock shelves, and process orders while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves when needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
