Job summary

Action Health Staffing seeks a dependable CNA to work part-time as a Staffing Coordinator in Greenville. Schedule is 3 days per week, 12:00–5:00 PM, with excellent pay and benefits.

The role involves direct patient care as assigned, assisting with transfers and personal hygiene, and maintaining accurate records for the agency. You will coordinate care within the home setting and communicate with the care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Effective communication skills, reading and writing ability.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending.
• Maintain certification with DFS.
• Sympathetic attitude toward caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide personal hygiene care and basic nursing tasks.
• Prepare meals with client dietary considerations.
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed.
• Maintain records required by agency and report changes.
• Record tasks in EVV app and timesheet as applicable.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and follow Plan of Care.
• Never administer medications.
