Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to join as a Staffing Coordinator in Greenville. This part-time role offers 3 days per week, 12:00–5:00 p.m., with competitive pay and benefits.

You will provide direct patient care per plan of care, assist with transfers, hygiene, and meal preparation, maintain accurate records, and coordinate scheduling while upholding patient dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess effective communication skills to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing.
• Must have sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Provide personal hygiene care including baths and grooming.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises under supervision.
• Prepare meals with consideration of dietary needs.
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping.
• Maintain records required by agency.
• Record and report changes in client condition.
• Complete EVV task entries on time sheets when needed.
• Demonstrate dependability by reporting punctually.
• Follow Plan of Care and never administer medications.
