Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable CNA in a part-time Staffing Coordinator role at our Greenville location. This position offers three days per week from 12:00 to 17:00 with excellent pay and benefits.

The Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Care worker provides in-home patient care, assisting with daily living activities, transfers, and basic nursing tasks under supervision, while maintaining records and following care plans.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed by supervising clinicians.
• Prepare meals with consideration of client preferences and special diets.
• Provide companionship and activities tailored to individual needs.
• Light housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Maintain complete and accurate records required by the agency.
• Record and report changes in client’s condition.
• Follow the Plan of Care and EVV requirements.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and patient's rights.
