Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable CNA to work part-time as a Staffing Coordinator in Greenville. The position is 3 days per week, from 12n–5pm, with excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA will provide home care in the patient's residence, follow the Plan of Care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes. The role emphasizes direct patient care, documentation, and adherence to policies, with attention to confidentiality and patient rights.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills, reading, writing and following directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned and follow care plans.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.
• Record and report changes in patient's condition and maintain EVV logs.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold the patient's rights.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality home care.
