Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to work part-time as a Staffing Coordinator in our Greenville location. The role involves providing home care services to patients in their residence, with shifts three days per week from 12 noon to 5 pm.

Qualifications

• The home care aide provides bedside care and personal assistance as needed.
• Good communication and ability to follow directions are essential.
• Ability to perform lifting, transfers and patient repositioning.
• Sympathetic, patient-centered attitude toward care is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned and per plan of care.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide personal hygiene care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Deliver basic nursing care under supervision and document tasks as required.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and special diets.
• Offer companionship and engage in activities tailored to each client.
• Maintain clean, organized living areas and report changes in condition.
• Adhere to privacy, confidentiality, and Plan of Care policies.
