Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable CNA to work part-time as a Staffing Coordinator in our Greenville location. The role runs 3 days a week from 12n to 5pm with excellent pay and benefits.

The home care position focuses on delivering at-home patient care and following a patient-centered plan of care. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will perform personal care tasks, assist with transfers and daily activities, and maintain accurate records under supervision, while upholding

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess effective communication skills to include ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks necessary to treat clients who may include lifting, bending and standing.
• Must have sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Provide personal hygiene care and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed by supervising clinicians.
• Prepare meals consistent with client preferences and diets.
• Provide companionship and activities tailored to clients' needs.
