CareBuilders at Home of Alexandria is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Home Care Business Development Specialist to grow our community presence in Northern Virginia. This part-time, field-based role focuses on developing partnerships, generating referrals, and expanding client opportunities.

You will work closely with ownership and leadership, leverage CRM and AI tools, and have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as performance and company growth support expansion.

• Coordinate and participate in meetings, presentations, and outreach activities with ownership.
• Maintain a measurable business-development pipeline and CRM records.
• Track contacts, opportunities, and outcomes in the CRM.
