Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking an autonomous Business Development Representative to scale our private-pay home care across Lee and Charlotte Counties. You will conduct in-person outreach, build high-level relationships with healthcare providers, and drive growth through premium, tailored home care solutions.

The role emphasizes field-based activities, not inside sales, with collaboration to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing care.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of boots-on-the-ground sales, business development, or medical liaison experience.
• Exceptional consultative selling with families, doctors, and executive directors.
• Experience in senior care, private duty home care, hospice, or related medical services is beneficial.
• High autonomy to self-manage a local territory and daily routing.
• High school diploma required; driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Daily field outreach with in-person visits to local medical practices, facilities, and advisors.
• Source and nurture a pipeline of private-pay referral networks (B2B).
• Represent the agency at senior networking groups and local events to raise brand visibility.
• Maintain simple CRM records of field activities and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal office coordination for seamless client transitions.
