Job summary

CareBuilders at Home – Arlington VA is seeking a Marketing & Sales Representative to expand its presence by connecting with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and families seeking home care services.

You will generate leads, build referral networks, and present solutions through meetings and events, with competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in sales, marketing, healthcare outreach, or business development preferred
• Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable with in-person outreach and community engagement
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources (hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, senior centers, case managers, etc.)
• Generate and track client leads through community outreach and networking
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and “lunch and learns”
• Represent the company at local events, health fairs, and networking groups
• Educate potential clients and partners on services offered by CareBuilders at Home
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into active clients
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral pipelines
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and revenue goals
