Job summary

PC Behavioral Health in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a part-time Home Care Aide to provide compassionate non-medical care to clients with developmental disabilities and seniors. You will support daily living activities and help implement each client’s Plan of Care.

Responsibilities include assisting with feeding, dressing, hygiene, mobility, transportation, and light housekeeping while ensuring safety. Must be 18+, English proficient, able to work independently, and maintain professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal).
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be physically and mentally capable of caring for an individual who is ill, infirm, disabled or vulnerable.
• Understanding of professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical home care to clients with developmental disabilities or seniors.
• Assist with daily living activities and implement client care plans.
• Provide safety supervision and support with mobility, feeding, hygiene, dressing, toileting and transfers.
• Offer transportation and light housekeeping as needed by the client or family.
