Job summary

SAILS Washington in Marysville, WA is seeking a Home Care Aide to provide in-home support to clients in our community. The role focuses on companionship, transportation, and assistance with daily living activities.

We offer a training program to help you become the best caregiver, even if you’re new to the field. This part-time position supports individuals with varying needs, within a mission-driven team at Redwood Family Care Network.

Qualifications

• Written and spoken English proficiency required.
• High School Diploma / Equivalent.
• Washington State Driver’s License with reliable vehicle and insurance.
• Home Care Aide License (HCA) OR ability to complete coursework.
• First Aid/CPR Certified within 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship through activities.
• Provide transportation support for activities or appointments.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living.
• Provide meal plan and prep support.
• Monitor client for changes in condition.
• Support with medication and housekeeping.
