Job summary

Qualifications

• Verbal and written English communication skills are required; bilingual preferred.

• Must pass a DSHS background check prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential in-home care tasks per the client care plan.
• Assist with toileting, bathing, dressing, transfers, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and ensure safety in the home.
• Escort/transport clients to medical appointments and errands.
• Maintain client environment, cleanliness, and documentation per policy.
