Bethesda Health Group is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a full-time, 8am–4:30pm role with MOD rotation. The position oversees recruiting, payroll coordination, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance across the community. Strong communication, analytical, and HRIS skills are required.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in field related to human resources and benefit administration
• Minimum of 4 years in HR and benefit administration (may substitute education)
• Minimum of 2 years in HR and administration of employee benefit programs
• Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
• Analytic ability and familiarity with statistical analysis
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work accurately with detail
• Knowledge of payroll processing, employee benefit administration, and interviewing skills
• Computer experience with word processing and spreadsheets

Responsabilités

• Serve as the community administrator for HR functions including recruiting, workforce management, employee relations, safety, compensation and payroll
• Facilitate and communicate organizational policies and programs and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide HR consultation and support to managers and employees
• Analyze trends and develop workforce plans to resolve issues and impact business results
• Coordinate payroll preparation and maintain employee records and job descriptions
• Assist in unemployment claims and EEOC/ADA/OSHA compliance tasks
• Support performance management processes and leave/attendance tracking
• Participate in job fairs, college recruitment and open-house events
