AristaCare Health Services is seeking a part-time receptionist to greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service in a long-term care setting. You will handle calls, direct inquiries, and maintain a welcoming front-office environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year experience in a clerical position or completed a secretarial science program from an accredited school.
• Experience in Long-term care or a Nursing Facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer/route calls in a professional, courteous manner.
• Maintain resident files, room numbers, on-call contacts, and department extensions.
• Assist with general office duties as directed, including typing and filing.
• Support staff with in-service trainings and on-the-job instruction.
