Job summary

Complete Care is actively seeking a Receptionist to greet visitors and employees with professionalism and warmth. The role involves answering multi-line phones, directing inquiries, and maintaining a tidy reception area while providing friendly, patient-focused service.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Prior LTC/SNF exposure is preferred but not required, with part-time evening hours and occasional weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and speak and understand the English language.
• Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of teamwork.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents and family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the public.
• Must have patience, tact and willingness to deal with difficult residents, family and staff.
• Basic computers skills.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting visitors/employees/residents
• Answering and forwarding phone calls on a multi-phone line
• Keeping the reception area tidy
• Daily computer use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)
