Next Step Healthcare is seeking a PartTime Receptionist to join our Skilled Nursing center. You will provide front-desk support, greet residents and visitors, answer phones, manage nurse call workflows, and help maintain building security.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-focused service in a busy healthcare environment. The successful candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, be proficient with Microsoft Office 365, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and other software programs.
• Must be able to create spreadsheets and graphs.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must pass CORI background check.
• High school Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming residents and visitors at the reception desk.
• Serving as the central hub for the nurse call system.
• Answering phones and directing inquiries.
• Maintaining general building security and awareness.
• Providing personalized customer service to residents, families, and staff.
