Next Step Healthcare, a locally owned healthcare provider, seeks a friendly Receptionist for our Skilled Nursing center in Plymouth. You will welcome residents and visitors, answer phones, and coordinate with the nurse call system while upholding security and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of customer service experience, basic computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; ability to lift up to 25 pounds; and ensures a positive, courteous environment for residents,

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and other software programs.
• Must be able to create spreadsheets and graphs.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must pass CORI background check.
• High school Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors and act as the central hub at the reception desk.
• Answer phones and manage front desk communications.
• Coordinate with the nurse call system and staff as needed.
• Maintain awareness of general building security.
• Provide personalized customer service to residents, families and medical professionals.
