Next Step Healthcare seeks a proactive Receptionist to provide frontline reception and administrative support at our Skilled Nursing center. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, handle calls, assist with the nurse call system, and help maintain a welcoming, secure environment.

Qualificações

• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and other software programs.
• Must be able to create spreadsheets and graphs.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must pass CORI background check.
• High school Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first impression for visitors at the reception desk.
• Provide reception and administrative support for the Skilled Nursing center.
• Answer phones and manage the nurse call system.
• Assist residents, families and medical professionals with courteous service.
