Job summary

Chuze Fitness is hiring a Part Time, on-site Team Member to be the friendly face at the front desk and a key part of our hospitality-driven team. You’ll greet members, guide tours, assist with sign-ups, and keep the gym sparkling between shifts.

Daily duties include answering phones, processing sign-ups at the POS, handling billing questions, and participating in regular LMS training. Enjoy perks like free membership and growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person and over the phone.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests.
• Provide membership information and facilitate tours.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is spotless.
• Membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns.
• Assist with billing issues and disputes and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Regularly review and complete training materials in the LMS.
• Maintain knowledge of amenities, offerings, and equipment functions.
• Attend and participate in team meetings.
