Job summary

Chuze Fitness in El Paso, TX, is seeking a friendly team member to welcome members, assist with sign-ups, tours, and inquiries. You will help keep the gym spotless, handle POS transactions, and support billing issues as needed.

Responsibilities include member concierge duties, tours, phone etiquette, and maintaining overall space presentation. Training and growth opportunities are offered, with full-time perks available for eligible positions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests.
• Provide information, facilitate tours, and assist with sign-ups.
• Maintain gym cleanliness and presentation throughout shifts.
• Process membership sign-ups, answer phones, and handle POS transactions.
• Assist with billing issues and escalate when needed.
• Attend scheduled team meetings and complete LMS trainings.
• Educate members on amenities, programs, and equipment use.
• Prepare smoothies when applicable and ensure quality standards.
