Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming experience for every member and guest by sharing information about memberships and services.
• Ensure the club looks its best by completing daily cleaning tasks and maintaining a tidy space.
• Support front desk operations with memberships, retail, check-ins, and phone inquiries.
• Resolve member questions related to accounts and services; escalate when needed.
• Prepare and serve smoothies at clubs offering Chuze Blends.
• Support Kids Club operations and uphold service standards for families.
