Job summary

Chuze Fitness in La Verne, CA is hiring a team member to welcome guests, provide membership information, and guide tours while maintaining a sparkling gym environment.

You will handle phone inquiries, sign-ups, POS transactions, and ensure excellent member service. The role also includes daily cleaning, assisting with billing issues when needed, and participating in regular team meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Preferred: High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests.
• Provide membership information and facilitate tours.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean.
• Membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns.
• Assist with billing issues and disputes and elevate to leadership when needed.
• Regularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the LMS.
• Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions.
• Make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standards.
• Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings.
