Job summary

Chuze Fitness in Brunswick, GA is hiring a front-desk team member to greet members, explain memberships, and guide tours while keeping the gym spotless and welcoming.

You’ll handle phones, sign-ups, POS transactions, and member concerns. Perks include 401k, CPR/First Aid, food handler training, free gym membership, vendor discounts, and growth opportunities. Full-time roles offer additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests
• Provide membership information and facilitate tours
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
• Membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns
• Assist with billing issues and disputes and escalate to leadership when needed
• Regularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions
• Make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standards
• Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings
