Job summary

Chuze Fitness in Albuquerque is seeking a Part Time Team Member for full availability to join our hospitality-forward club team. You’ll greet members, assist with tours, manage sign-ups, and help with daily gym maintenance, while delivering excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.

This on-site role offers a supportive team environment, weekly shifts with a focus on weekdays and closing coverage, and opportunities for training, a free gym membership, and other staff perks.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests
• Provide membership information and facilitate tours
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
• Membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns
• Assist with billing issues and disputes and escalated to leadership when needed
• Regularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions
• Make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standards
• Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings
