• Lead by example and guide Guest Service associates in daily ops.
• Oversee operations, scheduling, and department cleanliness.
• Manage checkout lanes, assist guests, and handle overrides when needed.
• Monitor attendance and enforce labor guidelines for minor staff.
• Coordinate lane flow and communicate with shift managers as needed.
• Maintain adequate staffing and open lanes during peak times.
• Support the team with duties as assigned.
