Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service at the front desk and assist guests with questions.
• Lead by example and guide front desk staff, cashiers, and baggers in daily ops.
• Utilize guest service tools and procedures to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor guest flow, assist with checkouts, and provide timely overrides or help.
• Adjust staffing and scheduling to meet customer demand while complying with labor laws for minors.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Communicate with Shift Managers to request assistance when needed.
