Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service at the front desk or service desk.
• Lead and guide Guest Service associates (Service Desk, Cashiers, Baggers, Cart Runners) in daily operations.
• Monitor and adjust staffing and schedules to meet business needs while complying with labor laws.
• Oversee checkout lanes and assist guests with questions or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of the guest service area and service desk.
• Collaborate with Shift Managers and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
