• Oversee operations, monitor activity, and keep the area clean and functional.
• Direct guests, manage checkout lines, and assist the team as needed.
• Adjust staffing and schedules based on demand while complying with labor laws.
• Maintain staffing levels and ensure adequate coverage during absences.
• Communicate with Shift Managers when additional support is required.
• Open additional lanes during busy periods and manage cash drawer use.
