Festival Foods in Wisconsin is seeking a Part-Time Guest Service Representative (GSR) to join our team at the Hales Corners location. The GSR will provide friendly, efficient service at the front desk, lead by example, and support a team of associates in daily operations.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, schedule management, and adherence to labor guidelines, with opportunities to contribute to a welcoming grocery experience for guests and the community.

• Monitor operations, schedules, and staffing for efficiency and compliance.
• Open additional lanes during busy periods and manage Checkout flow.
• Communicate with Shift Managers and support the team as needed.
