The role requires leadership, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced grocery setting. The GSR reports to the Guest Services Manager and participates in scheduling, training, and daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction and store performance.

• Direct guests, manage checkout lines, and assist the Guest Service team as needed.
